1. Tebowmania - You drinking the koolaid?
Ebizz:I am not a Tebow fan as much as I like that he
is shutting all of his doubters up. Will it last for long? I dont know really
but its surely entertaining.
DProfessor: I'm not drinking the koolaid but I'm not pouring sugar either. He is doing enough to get the job done. But he is getting a lot of help from not only his D, but the opposing teams defense. How is it that teams 1. Can't muster more than 10 pts? 2. Call a Cover 2/3 after not playing Cover 2 the whole game until the last 2 mins of the game/overtime? 3. Teams drop in coverage against somebody that can't throw? All that being said....he is getting it done vs some below average teams with only 1 playoff team in mix and 2 teams in top 15 defenses. Not his fault but....I'm just saying.
Beans: NOPE. See
rationale Below.
2. Is it Tebow or Defense?
Ebizz: Its definitely a combination of both. To
say Tebow has not made a difference would be ridiculous. Obviously Orton did
not have this team in the same position when he was the starter........
Beans: It is
definitely the defense. I give credit where credit is due, but really?
This record that the Broncos has earned this season can attributed mainly
to the defense. As a matter of fact I kind of feel sorry for that
Defense. No output on offense, Continuous pressure to hold opponents to
less than 2 tds, and then getting no credit for doing so. Man this
defense is the media's Rodney Dangerfield.
3. Cam Newton or Tebow - Who would you rather have?
Ebizz: Killa Cam. He is the total package. And
again proving all his doubters WRONG!..... Cam will be one if the best
quarterbacks in the league for years to come, Te;bow doesnt even know if he
will bea starting quarterback next year.
Beans: It
depends. If I have a solid defense that does not allow more than 17
points a game (during Tebow's "Winning" Streak the
Broncos defense is allowing an average of 17 points a game) - Tebow. If
My defense is $hit and I have to air it out every game to win - Cam.
Easy.
4. NFL MVP?
Ebizz: Mr. Rodgers hands down. It is safe to say
that Aaron Rodgers is on an elite level now, and has proven it game after game
this season.
Beans: Rodgers -
No Contest Right now.
5. Can Packers go Undefeated?
Ebizz: Yes. Even though loosing they lost Greg
Jennings for two weeks, I still dont see them loosing. The Packers
are playing on another level right now....
Beans: If Rodgers
doesn't miss any games. I hear that they will rest players the last 2
weeks of the season. That will affect their "perfect" season.
Those games are against the Bears and Lions too.
6. Sam Hurd moving weight?
Ebizz: Listening to too much Pusha T during pre
game? Its really a shame how these athletes throw their chances away like
this. You cant keep one foot in the street and one foot out. And so we see
the choice this fool made. ........smh.
DProfessor: I plead the fif. But this fool stated to use Mexican cell phones because the Feds can't listen to those calls. Really? This is what's wrong with today's youth.
Beans: This guy
was trying to move BIG weight. He didn't have a partner that could do the
meet and greet? He didn't get the picture when his car and $88,000 in
cash were confiscated before? This guy just doesn't get it, and deserved
to get caught.
7. Super Bowl Matchup - Who you got?
Ebizz: There
are a few teams with a that are sneaky good this year. Green Bay is still
undefeated, Steelers always have a chance as long as Big Ben is playing, New
Orleans has reemerged, San Fran is looking extra dominant as well. So, going
out on a limb, I will say Steelers and Green Bay is the Superbowl.
Beans:
Packers vs. Ravens - Ravens Super Bowl Champs
DProfessor: Just for giggles, I going to say GB gets knocked off and Giants take it in NFC and Patriots win in AFC after Houston knocks off Baltimore and Pats get limping Steelers.
8. LSU vs Bama II - Another Pillowfight?
Ebizz: I dont know about pillowfight. The game
was all about defense, and which will hold up the longest against the others
offense. My favorite style of game. Both average about 30 + points a game so I
expect alot more scoring this 2nd time around.
Beans: Definitely
the two best teams in the country. I don't understand all the hate for
the SEC. It's very clear that this is the best conference in the NCAA and
has been for the better part of a decade. Sure the last time these two
met it was a bit of a snore, but when good teams go against each other
sometimes that happens. I look for this one to be more high scoring.
LSU still comes out on top though.
DProfessor: I give up on college football. The SEC may be good but I wont be watching this game. I would have preferred LSU vs Oklahoma State. Much better offense than Alabama, beat more top 25 teams, and its something new. I love college football but I'm not watching anymore bowl seasons until there is a playoff.
9. 1st pick in NFL draft will be.....
Ebizz: I can tell you who it should be... Robert
Griffin III aka RG3. Im not as big on Luck as the media is tryin to force
me to be. He has not shown me anything to convince me he is the best player
coming out. But as for RG3, the numbers speak for themself. 3,998 passing
yards, 36 passing touchdowns, 644 rushing yards and nine rushing touchdowns
Beans: It should
still be Andrew Luck. Does Indy trade down or draft to send message to
Peyton??
DProfessor: I'm not sold on Luck either but I guess he has all of the intangibles, he is a little more mobile than Peyton, can throw and calls his own plays. But if you watch Stanford, he is only as good as his running game. I'm pretty sure he is not throwing to any studs but that scares me.
10. Peyton Manning - Is he done in Indy?
Ebizz: If Peyton is able to recover from that neck injury then no, he is not done. They should definitely draft a quarterback anyway because the display we see from these other qb's is horrific. And if they draft a quality qb and Peyton comes back and goes down again with another injury you will have a better backup plan in place than Painter.

Beans: He's
signed til 2016. We've seen QBs miss significant time then come back and
not miss a beat. I certainly hope that is what happens to Peyton.
A cervical neck fusion does not sound good by any means, but if he
comes back slinging the ball as he has in prior years, he'll silence all
doubters.
DProfessor: If this were the NBA, Peyton would be the amnesty player like Gilbert "2 Guns Up" Arenas. I think Peyton is done. Retirement. Why not hire him to coach? Even if he doesn't retire, Reggie Wayne, Mathis, and few other guys are free agents. Its time to start over like the Lakers.
